5 September 1999 - Directors Continue Lawbreaking

The lawbreaking by the directors of Cornwall Court Limited continues.

The directors have failed to produce an annual report or to send a copy to shareholders.

These failures constitute breaches of sections 208 and 209 of the Companies Act 1993.

The total maximum penalties prescribed by the Companies Act 1993 is a fine of $20,000 for every director.

The lawbreaking illustrates the directors' contempt for shareholders and continues the directors' pattern of willful and persistent lawbreaking.

The directors of Cornwall Court Limited are

- Mr C A Fenton
- Miss E M P Chudley
- Ms C P Husheer
